This wonderful serviced apartment is set right in the heart of busy central London, opposite the lovely Vincent Square, a large grass-covered playing field owned by the nearby Westminster School.
Guests can opt for a studio, one bedroom or two bedroom configuration depending on group size. Each apartment has been decorated to a very high corporate standard and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. One of the one bedroom apartments is split level, offering a splendid New York loft feel. This is on the top floor of the development. The open-plan living area of each serviced apartment features a dining table, sofa / lounging area and a 42 inch smart TV.
The immediate surrounding area offers a multitude of shopping and dining choices and Victoria station is a mere 1/2 mile / 10 minutes walk away for opportunities across the capital.

Introduction
There is easy access to the River Thames from this location, where a pleasant 15 minute riverfront walk will bring you to all the iconic Westminster landmarks: Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. Across the river is the towering London Eye, The London Aquarium, and within a short walk is the Southbank Centre with its multitude of riverside restaurants and pubs.
Flying Butler Victoria is surrounded by a multitude of landmarks, transport and attractions. Buckingham Palace and St James' Park are also within easy walking distance and the famed Sloane Square shopping district is one tube line stop from Victoria Station.

The Victoria Place shopping centre is close by which contains a superb selection of restaurants, retail stores, coffee shops and casual eateries. Oxford Street is a mere 5 minute tube ride away on the London Underground from Victoria Station.
Food & Drink
Victoria is fast-becoming a great place to stop and relax in the nearby gastropubs, instant pizzerias and burrito bars - all of which are sprouting up at an increased rate. If you're after a more formal dining experience, there is plenty to choose from. Fine Italian dishes and cured Spanish flavours are being served up at the Santini and Iberica terraces, both of which offer rare outside space.
