The beautifully relaxing Forbury Gardens is a mere 10-minute walk from the apartments and the Grade I listed ruins of Reading Abbey is also walkable as is Reading Museum. Guests looking to venture into the Berkshire countryside will also be spoilt for choice with superb golf courses, stately homes and Wellington Country Park with its 350 acres of forest and nature trails.
Reading is a hugely popular shopping destination in the south east outside London and for good reason: everything shoppers could want is conveniently on offer, from independent boutiques to major high street stores. With two big shopping centres - The Oracle and Broad Street Mall - located in the town centre, everything is within a short walking distance from our centrally located apartments. A convenient mini supermarket sits opposite to stock up on essentials and larger supermarkets are within easy reach.
From popular gems in the town centre to good finds on the outskirts, there are plenty of places offering all sorts of cuisines in Reading. The Oracle has an impressively wide choice of eateries and a wide choice of restaurants can be found close by along the river front, with al fresco dining when the weather permits.
