Our prime development of one- two- and three-bedroom apartments is located in vibrant Canning Town. The bright and spacious accommodation offers open plan living including fully fitted kitchens, with modern fixtures and fittings, and ample space to dine. All apartments benefit from private balcony space.

Amenities include flat screen smart TVs, four-ring induction hobs, washer-dryers and safes. Bathrooms are modern and functional and bedrooms offer high quality beds with cupboard and wardrobe space. A lift offers easy access to higher floors.

Complimentary WIFI is included as is weekly cleaning for longer stays.

Outside, a bike rack is available for all guests in the underground, gated car park. Car parking is bookable on site, subject to availability.

A two-minute walk around the corner will bring you to the tube station with direct links to London Waterloo and London Bridge. Canning Town also benefits from the DLR with a direct connection to Canary Wharf and Bank.

Things to do around Canning Town Serviced Apartments

Introduction

This superbly located building is a short walk to all local amenities including coffee shops, restaurants and sports facilities. Canning Town station is a six-minute walk from your apartment, providing easy access across the city. If you’re looking for green spaces, Bow Creek & East India Dock Basin and Canning Town Recreation Ground are all popular, with the latter boasting tennis courts, a wildflower meadow, a climbing wall and the Cycle Speedway Club. Trinity Buoy Wharf, a riverside centre for arts and cultural activities, regularly hosts exhibitions and events. In nearby Canary Wharf you’ll the Crossrail Place Roof Garden, offering a haven of calm and great views of the skyline; admire the exotic plants, wander down the hidden pathways or enjoy a show at the amphitheatre. While there, stop in at the Museum of London Docklands to learn more about how the docks have shaped London’s history. It’s a short train ride to Stratford, where the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park offers world class culture, sport and iconic architecture – make sure to visit the ArcelorMittal Orbit, London's largest piece of public art, designed by Anish Kapoor.

The Hallsville Quarter, six-minutes’ walk from your apartment, is home to a blend of high street and independent shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities; while Rathbone Market offers fresh produce, vibrant street food and fashion four days a week. The neighbourhood also benefits from being close to Stratford, with Westfield Stratford City shopping centre only two stops away on the train, providing a huge selection of high street shops and designer brands. In nearby Canary Wharf, Cabot Place is a goldmine of interesting stores and designer brands – check out Aesop for ethically sourced skincare and fragrance, Charbonnel et Walker for fine chocolates, and Crockett and Jones for high quality Goodyear-welted footwear with a 135-year heritage. 

Food & Drink

There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, cafés and pop-up shops in the local area, offering a range of cuisines. Within easy walking distance of your apartment you’ll find Pepenero serving authentic Italian using locally sourced ingredients where possible, Petit Café London offering delicious Lebanese cuisine – and we love The Lockdown Room, where you’ll find everything from coffee and street food, to craft beer and live music. On Barking Road, visit 55Square Restaurant for West African food and delicious cocktails. Pie and mash is an East London classic – check out B.J.’s Pie & Mash, or Eastenders Pie & Mash in nearby East India Dock. Looking for something sweet? Take a six-minute walk to Brass Monkey Ice Cream, specialising in organic ice cream, homemade cakes and locally roasted coffee. 

Night Life

Yapix Coffee & Wine House is a lovely spot to sample a curated list of Italian wines, sustainably sourced and rotating to compliment seasonal menus of Puglian cuisine. Or walk down to the beach at Royal Victoria Dock where you’ll find The Oiler Bar set on a boat with a beer garden and a snug seating area below deck - take in great views of the Royal Docks, and once a month it hosts an open-mic night (we’ve heard it’s great fun!). Canning Town is a short, 10-minute train ride from the eclectic mix of restaurants and bars in Canary Wharf. At Crossrail Place you can sip a cocktail while enjoying panoramic views of the city skyline at Pergola on the Wharf, or catch a movie at luxury cinema Everyman which has three screens and a bar inside.
