Marketing Executive | Full Time | Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to develop their skill base as part of a growing, fast-paced hospitality company. You will be required to work proactively to support and implement marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives across a range of customer touchpoints. You will work on existing products (a portfolio of 400+ serviced apartments across London and the southeast) and also new product launches. If you enjoy variety in your work, can perform well under pressure and are a team player you will thrive in this position. You will be supported by a Head of Marketing who you will report directly in to.

Required Experience:

  • Degree / Marketing Diploma achieved
  • Recent and relevant marketing experience (3+ years) ideally within the hotel / serviced apartment / hospitality sectors
  • Strong background in end-to-end campaign execution
  • Ability to track and analyse communications tactics against goals and provide recommendations to improve results
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, for example:
  • o Setting up and managing LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram
  • o Setting up and managing PPC campaigns
  • Marketing copywriting and content editing skills
  • Working knowledge of lead management and CRM systems
  • Basic design skills and ability to create eye catching social posts

 

Duties

  • Manage the implementation of a range of offline and online marketing campaigns from initial planning through to execution, with strategic support from line manager.
  • Take ownership of certain projects and campaigns, liaising with relevant stakeholders and suppliers to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Leading all organic social media marketing to expand presence and followers, reporting back KPIs.
  • Work alongside a web developer to help optimise performance of websites.
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral e.g. brochures, PowerPoint presentations.
  • Adhere to and manage specific marketing project budgets.
  • Design, send and report back on emails within MailChimp.
  • Work alongside the sales function to expand opportunities for revenue channels through lead generation.
  • Representing the company at relevant trade shows, events and exhibitions
  • Day to day contact for any marketing support agencies.
  • Support launch of an App based product for existing guests
