Here at Flying Butler, we pride ourselves on the flexibility we offer to our guests. We work hard to take any stress away from travelling and aim to deliver serviced accommodation that guests can be excited about staying in – a real home from home - whether they are travelling for work, leisure or as part of a relocation.

We have been in the serviced apartment sector for over 20 years and appreciate what guests are looking for from a modern-day apartment. We offer a range of apartment configurations - from studio apartments up to larger four beds – which are expertly maintained and fully furnished to a high standard with modern and comfortable features.

And yet we go one further - with a Flying Butler booking, our team works hard to offer a perfectly curated stay for every individual in order to offer a real home from home. We fully appreciate that every guest is unique and every stay requires bespoke care and consideration. Guests are invited to choose from a range of standard added extras (such as airport transfers and ironing services) and also to request anything we haven’t yet thought of providing.

Our enthusiastic team will do their very best to meet all requests and cater for all requirements.

In the current climate, home-working has understandably increased and businesses are taking a more flexible approach to working habits. As a team, we felt it was imperative that guests have the option of requesting a ‘home-office’ set-up in order to work efficiently and comfortably from their apartment. We therefore offer the choice of a desk and work chair to guests requiring them (subject to availability). This can be free of charge for longer-stays or for a small nominal fee for very short stays.

When it comes to family accommodation, we know that space is a key factor. We have a range of apartment configurations with some of our largest offering four bedrooms, allowing families to stay together and not be split up across several rooms. Families also need endless WiFi to keep all age-groups happy and - of course - free, fast WiFi is on offer within all our apartments. We also provide families with the comforts and conveniences of home such as: laundry facilities, cots, toddler beds, high-chairs, kitchen utensils for warming up milk and perhaps for pureeing. Every family is different, and it is amazing how a little attention to detail can really make them feel at home.

Our apartments all come with self-catering in mind - fully-equipped kitchens with an oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and a good range of kitchen utensils. For the avid chefs, extra utensils can be requested such as specific baking equipment or Nutribullets.

Wheelchair access and lifts to increase accessibility for disabled guests are specified in the ‘facilities’ area for each property. If a guest has specific accessibility requirements, our experts can advise on which apartments are suitable for their needs – such as ground floor apartments and walk-in showers - and can also arrange support like hand-rails in baths and showers.
